How Do I Create Email Accounts in cPanel?

Create an Email Account in cPanel

Step 1.   Log in to the cPanel.

Step 2.   Click the Email Accounts icon in the Email section.

Step 3.  Click the + Create button located on the right-hand side.

Step 4. Enter the required details to create a new email account on the next page.

• Domain: Select the domain where you wish to create the new email account.
• Username: Enter your email username.
• Password: Enter your email password.

Step 4. You will get the Optional Settings. Click the Edit Settings button to customize the new email account. You can set here the email’s storage space.

You can also opt to send a welcome email that instructs your user on how to set up a mail client. By default, this option (Send a welcome email with instructions to set up a mail client) is checked. If you don’t want to send the email, then simply uncheck the box.
